Dear Dr. Ede, Jean and to whom it may concern;
 In
December of 2001 a friend called and told me that you were looking for
someone to help you with the Medical Missionary Work ... both a female
and a male. I had been reading and learning throughout the years;
finding this work a real blessing of God’s desire for mankind. As we
visited by phone, plans were made and I flew into Palm Springs,
California, in mid-February 2002. It was there you met me, Dr. Ede, and
we drove back to "The Fountain of Youth Spa," where I began to help
with meal preparations, massaging, cleaning, hygiene and things in
general. There was a "13-Day Educational Program" planned and I learned
to help with the program and do the BioEquilibrium Lab Tests. It took
me awhile to learn this, but with Brother Koenig’s patience, I found it
an interesting challenge.
My breathing,
when I walked uphill, was labored and in California there are plenty of
hills! As the program began, we had the herbs for the specific needs
each of us were going through health wise; plus our drinks and colonics
for cleansing the entire colon. We watched health videos and learned
much. The program was intense and very beneficial. My legs from the
knees down to the ankles broke out in a horrible, detoxifying, severely
itchy rash. Even somewhat on my thigh area. Never in my entire life (50
years) had I ever experienced such a situation as this. I had all I
could do to not scratch them and sometimes I would, causeing it to make
the condition way worse. Those areas were swollen and red and raw all
over. My feet were really swollen. After one colonic - colon cleanse
treatment - the rash began to subside. Praise the Lord! The herbs were
a wonderful food during the program, and even now, for bodybuilding and
nutrition. The swelling in my legs and feet subsided nicely and
day-by-day the rash went away. Walking and riding Dr. Ede’s bicycle
uphill, no longer made me breathless, as my health improved remarkably.
I was surprised when in her mid 70’s she bought a bicycle for herself.
Although it should not surprise me, because she uses the rebounder for
her jumping exercises like a teenager with great enthusiasm, and swims
masterfully 100 laps across the outdoor pool and back.
The
colonics were a real wonderful blessing and after six of them, plus
herbs and drinks .... We began eating two meals a day. The meals were
healthy, nutritious and plenteous. You are not hungry in-between meals,
by following God’s Plan. God gave us a special diet of vegetables,
fruits, nuts, seeds and grains. He said they were to be for us, our
meat. It was never His plan for us to eat dead flesh .... That was
never God’s intention when He created the world. He gave to us so many;
and such a variety of "LIFE- GIVING WHOLE FOODS", with
LIVE-BODY-BUILDING NUTRITION in them, that we need never eat dead,
nutritionless, life-destroying and disease-causing foods. When we
follow God’s natural methods, we shall prosper and be in health, even
as our soul prospers (3 John 2). God highly desires this for His
children, above all things. What is more important than this- As our
bodies are to be "A LIVING TEMPLE OF GOD," we must have them cleansed
from every impurity and prepare to meet our Lord soon. Luke 17:20 and
21 says; "And when He (Jesus) was demanded of the Pharisees, when the
Kingdom of God should come - He answered them and said, `The Kingdom of
God cometh not with observation, neither shall they say, Lo here! Or,
to there! For, behold, The Kingdom of God is within you."’ What a
precious and glorious promise; but we must surrender our lives and
allow God to do this for us. To cleanse us and by His Grace . . . The
Power of the Holy Spirit . . . to live in and through us day by day
(Galatians 2:20). Daily we are to consecrate ourselves to the Lord -
every morning this is to be our very first work, and thus, day by day
we shall be placing ourselves in God’s trusting care. We shall be
allowing the "Kingdom of God" to begin within us here and now, upon
this earth, as we prepare for Heaven and Eternity with Our Savior and
Master. Our Eternal destiny begins here on this earth, by our actions
and our choices. Let us not allow our belly to be our God. Let us
rather value Philippians 2:5, "Let this mind be in you, which was also
in Christ Jesus." Learning more in depth about meals and meal
preparations through Radiant Health Institute has been a tremendous
privilege. Working with Jean in the kitchen has been fun. I’m short and
he is tall, so we’re able to manage.
With the
digestive system we are not only what we assimilate, but also what we
eliminate. To absorb nutrients properly the colon must be cleansed from
the putrid, decayed waste from years of abuse. Then and only then can
the body absorb properly the nutrients, and eliminate correctly the
waste. I have learned that to receive herbs, they must be put together
in the right way and quantities for proper benefit.
When
we came to Squaw Valley ... The Radiant Health Headquarters of the
Institute, the end of March, we came to prepare for Educational
Programs in April through October. I was able to help out in several
aspects of the 13-day Programs. It has been a real blessing in my life.
I am most thankful to two very special people - Dr. Ede and her
husband, Jean, and above all to Our Dear Heavenly Father, for this
unbeknown opportunity to come and help assist and learn more about the
true medical missionary work. God’s timing is perfect and Isaiah 55:8,9
puts it best: "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your
ways My ways, saith the Lord - For as the Heavens are higher than the
earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your
thoughts." As you have gone with Jesus - Dr. Ede and Jean - I thank you
and I thank God. May He continue to Bless and to prosper you now and
forever, throughout Eternity. 1 am so very grateful, to have been able
to come and help, and personally assist you at this time in your lives.
It has been a privilege and I appreciate your patient teaching of good
health principles from the Word of God and from the Spirit of Prophecy.
