Dr Edes Silver Mineral Water is beyond colloid (A colloid refers to a
substance that consists of ultra-fine particles that do not dissolve,
but remain in a medium of different matter). She started out
with a colloid of 3 to 4 parts per million (ppm). However, with
continued research and experimenting she discovered she was able to
get water-soluble 100 ppm, which seems to be the most effective in
the shortest period of time. Because the particles are in such
a minute form and water soluble, they are nontoxic and completely
assimilative to the human body. You will not find silver
anywhere else in this water-soluble form. There are many people
who are doing colloids but they are not water soluble This is what

The 7th (1926) edition of Remingtons Practice of Pharmacy informs us
that the antiseptic action is due to the liberation of SILVER
IONS" and that "the considerable degree of antiseptic

This
is not to be confused with the silver nitrate that is put in baby’s
eyes at birth or silver (mercury) fillings in teeth. Dr Ede’s
Silver Mineral Water has the most minute particles that you cannot get
in just the colloid form. Since this is water soluble, it is
precipitated in the presence of protective colloids. For example,
gelatins can suspend small particles that do not settle out but remain
in suspension. The minute particles of water-soluble silver
mineral water serve as reservoirs, releasing the silver ions (the
active substance of the silver mineral water) in a controlled manner
and minimal quantities. These suspended particles include the
attributes of true solutions. Silver mineral water is divided
into three classes, strong silver proteins, mild silver proteins and
silver halides. Some metals (i.e., silver, copper, gold, etc) are
lethal in large doses, but in minuscule quantities have the ability to
kill bacteria in any form, fungi and viruses. This is described
as a oligodynamic effect. The word oligodynamic is a combination
of two Greek words, "oligas" meaning little and "dynamics" meaning
